- Abstract:
- Newtown, the county seat of Bucks County from 1726 to 1813, is one of the most historic areas in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Newtown Historic Association postcards and postal cards collection, circa 1880-1950, includes various postcards and postal cards both from individual people and advertising local businesses. A significant amount of postcards printed by the Arnold Brothers, a photography and printing business in Bucks County, document numerous buildings, bridges, and landscapes in Bucks County, many of which no longer exist.
