Abstract:

This collection is comprised of over 6,500 photographs and negatives depicting testing and related activities in the Fritz Engineering Laboratory on the campus of Lehigh University. The bulk of the collection depicts testing conducted during the mid-to-late 1950s into the early 1960s. Additionally, the collection includes graphs and diagrams of testing results, some images from Lab related events, and some images of structures that illustrate design elements or problems. All materials are in black and white.
