Also included is a letter from Senator Frear to Walter Holt, believed to be the photographer's father.

Voshell collection of Delaware political ephemera scrapbooks contains 17 volumes and 2 albums of flyers, clippings, bumper stickers, newsletters, brochures, posters and other ephemeral material pertaining to local, state and federal elections, Delaware government and politics.

Discussion topics include Senator William's relationship with the press and his involvement investigating the Bureau of Internal Revenue, former name of the Internal Revenue Service, while serving on the Senate Finance Committee during the 1950s, as well as his elections to and general thoughts about the United States Senate.

Abstract:: Harold Brayman (1900-1988), a political journalist and former director of the Public Relations Department of Du Pont Company for 21 years, helped establish a concept of public relations which was widely emulated throughout the United States. The Harold Brayman papers supplement, spanning from 1914-1992, contains substantial editions to the original collection, documenting Brayman's dual careers in the fields of journalism and public relations. The collection includes correspondence, memoranda, press releases, speeches, newspaper clippings and articles, photographs, memorabilia and books.
