Abstract:: This collection spans Neville Strumpf's personal and professional life, in particular her tenure at the University of Pennsylvania. Documents include personal correspondence with her parents and with friends, her career at Penn, the development of the Center for Gerontological Nursing, and her time as Interim Dean. Also includes some of the numerous publications and papers she wrote and, most notably, her research work with reducing restraint use among the frail elderly in nursing homes.
