- Dr. William Gibson Arlington Bonwill (1833-1899) was a dental surgeon, an inventor, a teacher, an artist, and a writer. This collection consists of two volumes compiled in 1899 of Bonwill's poems written between 1889 and 1899. These poems are annotated and cover a wide range of subjects, including dentistry, the seasons, religion, love and women, time and age, and emotion.
