Raymond Foye postcards to Allen De Loach consists of two items. The first is a typed message, dated July 12, 1984, on the verso of a postcard poem by John Wieners, titled
au rive and illustrated with a photograph of Wieners. The note is primarily about John Wieners, using a photograph of him in a publication, visiting him, taking him to New York, and asking for information about De Loach's memories of Wieners to be included in an introduction. The second item is a handwritten message, dated October 23, 1984, on the verso of a portrait postcard depicting Frank O'Hara by George Montgomery. The note thanks De Loach for tape recordings he sent and asked permission to duplicate them, mentioned St. Mark's Poetry Project readings, mentioned Wieners, and work on Selected Poems 1958-1984.Box 69, F1002: Shelved in SPEC MSS 0099 manuscript boxes.
