The script for the lines of the lead for O'Hara's play,

Pal Joey, the highly successful musical based on O'Hara's novel, which won the New York Drama Critics' Circle Award for Best Musical and became the first musical ever to receive eleven Donaldson Awards. Cover bears the autograph name, "Mike Garrison."
