English illustrator and caricaturist George Cruikshank (1792-1878) became known for his caricatures ridiculing King George IV and for his social satires.

This collection comprises two original hand-colored etchings by British caricaturist George Cruikshank, the companion pieces

A Nice Lady or an Incomparable!!!! (1813) and An Exquisite Dandy-Prodigious!!! A Nice Gentleman (1818). Both etchings were published by S. W. Fores, 50 Piccadilly.

Both prints are signed "Cruikshank fect."
