Abstract:: Contains an accounting of funds raised for the War Victims Fund by members of New York Yearly Meeting (Orthodox), 1870-1871, together with cover letters for contributions made to the Fund.

The French War Victims Fund was established by members of New York Yearly Meeting (Orthodox) in 1870 to aid the French civilian victims of the Franco-Prussian War, working with Friends in London. William Wood was appointed to administer the account which was laid down in May 1871.
