In 1937, the American Law Institute (ALI) partnered with the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Law (NCCUSL) to analyze and correct perceived defects in the Law of Airflight. The Law of Airflight project was concerned with three acts: the Aviation Liability Act, the Law of Airflight, and the Air Jurisdiction Act.
The Law of Airflight Records, 1937-1939, include correspondence, minutes, proceedings, drafts, and related records concerning the ALI's involvement with NCCUSL to correct perceived errors in the Law of Airflight.
