Overview and metadata sections
Dorothy Eataugh (Marks) was a nursing student at the Philadelphia General Hospital School of Nursing, Class of 1937. Eataugh was an instructor at the Philadelphia General Hospital School of Nursing and later attended the University of Pennsylvania's School of Nursing.
Eataugh originally arranged this scrapbook into five sections consisting of hospitals, medical leaders, nursing leaders, Philadelphia General Hospital, and clippings. The fourth section which contained material about the Philadelphia General Hospital, cited in the scrapbook as "Blockley," was inadvertently removed and interfiled with the Philadelphia General Hospital School of Nursing Collection before being processed. The scrapbook is generally in poor shape with brittle pages and tearing ichnographic images. It should be consulted with extreme care.
Gift of Dorothy Mark Eataugh, 1986.
