Abstract:

Since the 1970s, "the mission of the Doctoral Student Organization of the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing [has been] to support and encourage students by engaging in professional and social endeavors which will enhance educational experiences while promoting integrity of character, leadership, and organizational skills."

This first series of this collections contains the minutes and by-laws of the Penn Nursing Doctoral Student Organization. In addition, there are a number of general materierals collected by the organization. This includes flyers, memos, communications with students, doctoral students areas of interest, directories, and other materials. The last series contains all information for the organization's annual colloquia. These items includes invitations, flyers, and communications and correspondences to organize the event.
