Charlotte Tyson Rath was a nurse and University of Pennsylvania alumnus, graduating from the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in 1933 and the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing in 1958. She organized the Lehigh County Homemaker-Home Health Aide Society in 1962 and served as its executive director until retiring in 1980. She died in 1998.
