Dorothy Harvey Leonard (1925-2007) was a psychiatric nurse and a Quaker.
She graduated from the Pennsylvania Hospital School of Nursing in 1946 as a member of the U.S. Cadet Nurse Corps. She later received a certificate in Psychiatric Nursing from Pennsylvania Hospital, also earning a M.S. in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania. She worked at multiple institutions, including the Pennsylvania Hospital for the Insane, as an instructor and nursing administrator.
Leonard died in 2007.
