Abstract:

The Evelyn Butler Pamphlet Collection is a historical vertical reference file created in the School of Social Work Library. In 1988 the vertical file was named in honor of Evelyn Butler, who was the School of Social Work librarian from 1946 to 1986.

Note that the School was founded as the School of Social Work. In 2005 the name was changed to the School of Social Policy and Practice.

This collection has not been fully processed. The following preliminary inventory is available.

The Evelyn Butler Pamphlet Collection was transferred to the University Archives from the Ruth E. Smalley Librar at teh School of Social Work in May 1987.
