Abstract:

The B'nai B'rith Educators Unit #5290 is a group within B'nai B'rith International formed in 1968-1969. They are dedicated to supporting Jewish educators in the Philadelphia area. They advocate for Jewish educators, offer grant funding, and promote Jewish heritage and values in schools. Their mission is to perpetuate Jewish heritage and values, combat antisemitism, and support Jewish youth and education programs. They encourage members to participate in their activities, support their mission, and volunteer for various events and projects.

This collection contains the records documenting the history and work of the B'nai B'rith Educator's Unit Charter No. 5290 from 1968-2025.
