A 19th century power of attorney document for John Haslam & Co. used to recover debts incurred for goods by merchants Andrew and Francis Donovan and Charles Dupree Fisher. Also includes document signed by Philip Schuyler, Consul of the United States, declaring Samuel Pearce as Vice Consul.

Purchased January 1975, source unknown.
