A 15th century Catalonian contract concerning the sale of houses by farmer Juan Cabronero in the city of Teruel to Antonio Navarro, a maker of doublets. The houses are sold according to Valentian law and with the consent of the owner of the mortgages, Gil Sanchez. Manuscript on vellum in a scribe's hand with signature of a notary.
Purchased from H.P. Kraus, 1956.
