Jack Robert Dichter (1903-1980) was an elementary school teacher, principal, and musician in Philadelphia. Jack married Mollie Prager in 1928 with whom he had two sons, Joel and Scott.
The Jack R. Dichter Papers consist primarily of popular and Yiddish sheet music and lyric sheets from the 1920s.
