Powelton Neighbors was a neighborhood improvement group for the Powelton Village area of West Philadelphia.

Collections contains photocopies of the following documents: the proposed constitution and bylaws of the Powelton Neighbors, results from a 1957 neighborhood survey, a January 1960 issue of the Citizens in Action newsletter, correspondence about tree planting, a 1965-1966 membership list, a 1968 house tour flier, and a history of Powelton by Mari Monsul.
