The Philadelphia Council for Community Advancement was established in 1962. The organization provides non-profit, community, church and civic organizations with the professional experience and technical expertise required to plan, develop and construct quality housing for low and moderate income families in the greater Philadelphia area.
A small collection of almost entirely undated and unidentified photographs, showing children, housing, meetings, and other group activities. Photographers include Fabian Bachrach, LeRoy E. Brown, Jr., Bruce Elliot Hirsch, Bill Peronneau, and Frank Ross.
