The Farmers Creamery Association of Center Point was founded in 1880. At that time, 84 farmers brought their milk daily to the creamery. The association dissolved in 1923, and the building was converted into apartment buildings the following year.

Farmers Creamery Association records include minute books, check stubs, and stockholders lists. The seal of the association is stored with the paper records. The volumes in this collection are listed in an on-site inventory.
