Lt. Col. Morris H. Merritt lived in Chestnut Hill, Philadelphia. He served in the U. S. Air Force, and upon discharge returned to his position as secretary and purchasing agent at the John T. Lewis Bros. Co.

Lt. Col. Morris H. Merritt lived at 113 West Willow Grove Ave. in Chestnut Hill, Philadelphia. He served in the U. S. Air Force. Upon discharge, he returned to his position as secretary and purchasing agent at the John T. Lewis Bros. Co.

The Morris H. Merritt scrapbook contains approximately 80 pages of photographs, letters, telegrams, clippings, military orders and records. Many pages and photos are captioned. There are also letters and a brochure from St. Paul's Church.
