Reuben Rudman was born in New York in 1937. He did undergraduate work at Columbia University and received his Ph.D. from Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn in 1966. His field of expertise was crystallography. Dr. Rudman taught at Adelphi University, Garden City, and NY for 35 years and remained active into his retirement. He died in Jerusalem on February 15, 2006.

The collection consists of drafts of Rudman's articles, technical material, and photographs.
