August Francksen 1855 - 1929 was a long-time employee of Charles Lennig & Co., Philadelphia where he was plant manager and chief chemist. He was educated at the University of Zurich.
This collection consists of a reproduction of Francksen's Ph.D. thesis and a copy of his course grades.
This collection is comprised on both original and reprinted materials.
