This is a handwritten chemistry notebook from 1912 belonging to high school student Kathleen Hickey. Signed with the caption "Kathleen Hickey PT's Year I," the notebook contains lined pages with handwritten entries and corresponding pages of graphing paper that feature pictures and diagrams of the experiments described in the text. The front and back covers are torn but attached, and the pages are clean and tight with additional notes in pencil written on the inside of the back cover.
The Kathleen Hickey Chemistry Notebook was purchased by the Science History Institute in 2023.
