SACI was founded in 1921 and incorporated as a non-profit organization under the name "The Salesmen's Association of the American Chemical Industry" in 1944. In 1973 they adopted their current name "The Sales Association of the Chemical Industry" to reflect current trends.
Collection consists of a single pamphlet containing by-laws and a membership roster from Sales Association of the Chemical Industry, Inc. dated 1982.
