Overview and metadata sections

The contents are arranged chronologically and include verbatim accounts of the society's meetings, with an occasional interpolation from a report under discussion. Topics discussed include infectious diseases in cattle and purity of water, milk and beer.

This is a bound collection of handwritten minutes. There is a series of newspaper clippings regarding the brewing of beer and its purity pasted into the rear pages.
