Nashville membership materials are primarily lists of member and attendee names and addresses. Minutes include the occasional committee report and more regularly treasurer's reports. From 1985-1988 the minutes sources are a mix of mailed newsletters and deposited minutes. Most early deposited material is mimeographed copies, not originals.
The first minutes begin with Swannanoa Valley Preparative Meeting's first meeeting for business in Ninth Month 1996.
Minutes are printed from "SVFM ANNOUNCEMENT" email list.
Minutes are frequently collated by fiscal year (Jul 1 - Jun 30), date descending.
Monthly minutes from Meeting for Business (July 2021 - June 2022), as well as the December 2022 annual State of the Meeting report covering the 2021-2022 FY.
The minutes have a particular concern with Swannanoa Valley's discernment around their affiliation with Southern Appalachian Yearly Meeting Assocation, with the ultimate decision to withdraw from SAYMA becoming the sense of the meeting in January 2022.
