This is a finding aid. It is a description of archival material held at the Quaker Meeting Records at Haverford College Quaker & Special Collections and Friends Historical Library of Swarthmore College. Overview and metadata sections

Fallowfield Monthly Meeting was established in 1811 by Western Quarterly Meeting out of London Grove Monthly Meeting. The Orthodox branch of this monthly meeting was discontinued in 1838, and its members were transferred to London Grove Monthly Meeting (Orthodox). Fallowfield Monthly Meeting (Hicksite) was the forerunner of the current Fallowfield Monthly Meeting of Friends.

Records include: pre-Separation and Hicksite mnutes, 1811-1980; pre-Separation, Hicksite, Orthodox, and United vital records,1740-1934, including births and deaths, burial chart, marriage records, membership lists, removals; pre-Separation and Hicksite women's meeting minutes, 1811-1893; minutes of Hicksite Ministers and Elders, 1829-1916, and of Worship and Ministry, 1919-1959; Hicksite Ercildoun First Day School minutes; 1893-1935; Hicksite financial records, 1903-1961; miscellaneous papers, 1813-1817.
