Abstract:
Records of Rockland Monthly Meeting, 1961-present. Includes minutes, 1961-86; newsletters 1965-68 and 1983-95, properties and deeds, 1814, and the will of William Conklin 1847.

Friends met for worship in Rockland County at Kakiat in the early 19th century under the care of Cornwall Monthly Meeting, but the meeting there was discontinued by mid-century. The meeting was revived in 1934, and became Rockland Friends Meeting in 1948. It was established as a monthly meeting in 1950, and is currently active.
