Abstract:
Records of Farmington Friends Monthly Meeting and its predecessors, the pre-Separation and Orthodox Farmington Monthly Meetings, 1803-. Includes: Minutes (men's & joint), 1803-1997, women's minutes, 1816-77, marriage intentions, 1803-27, births, deaths, etc., 1885-1906, marriages & removals, 1802-52, membership, 1907-70, Ministers and Elders minutes, 1838-1973 & 1990-1997, a Lyceum book, and The Farmington Friend, a newsletter, 1964-68 & 1984-95.

Farmington Monthly Meeting was established in 1803, set off from Saratoga Monthly Meeting, under Easton Quarterly. It became a part of Farmington Quarterly Meeting in 1810 when it was established. After the Separation, the Hicksite branch became a part of Genesee Yearly Meeting. It changed to an Executive Meeting in 1887 (meeting quarterly) and was laid down in 1927. The Orthodox branch, which became a united meeting in 1955, remains active to date.
