Clear Creek Preparative Meeting was established in 1820 as a part of Eden Monthly Meeting. It reportedly became a part of Concord (later called Collins) Monthly Meeting when Eden divided into Concord and Hamburg Monthly Meetings. Clear Creek Preparative Meeting was laid down sometime after 1878.

Records of Clear Creek Preparative Meeting (Orthodox) and its pre-Separation predecessor. Includes: Minutes, 1820-1878, and women's minutes, 1820-1834.

Divided into series: Minutes: 1.1 1820-1835, 1.2 1845-1867, 1.3 1867-1878; Women's minutes: 2.1 1820-1834.
