Overview and metadata sections

Peace Films Foundation, Inc. was organized as a nonprofit membership corporation created to promote and stimulate the use of suitable motion pictures to help educate the public on peace and disarmament. The "five reel talking picture" titled Must War Be? gave a chronological history of the peace movement from the presidency of Woodrow Wilson to the [1932] Disarmament Conference. Sponsorship for the Foundation was by the Inter-Organization Council of Peace Societies, representing twenty-seven groups in all.

The Swarthmore College Peace Collection is not the official repository for the records of this organization.
