The third section: Political Analysis (1987-1999), Files 21-22, is divided into serials and monographs, simply for clarity for the researcher. The publications in this section are generally commentaries on various aspects of politics in Mexico, some published by self-appointed "watch-dog" organizations which comment regularly on the Mexican politics, and some published by organizations that do not have an exclusively political interest.
