For preservation reasons, original analog and digital media may not be read or played back in the reading room. Users may visually inspect physical media but may not remove it from its enclosure. All analog audiovisual media must be digitized to preservation-quality standards prior to use. Audiovisual digitization requests are processed by an approved third-party vendor. Consists of letters from Edward M. Kennedy; the Office of the Representative of the Turkish Federated State of Cyprus; the Hellenic Foundation for European and Foreign Policy signed by Thanos Veremis; a letter to the Secretary General of the United Nations signed by Metropolitan Paulos of Kyrenia; and a copy of a letter signed by the Bishop of the Morphou Diocese. There is also a press release regarding Senator Edward Kennedy's call for new action on Cyprus.
