Overview and metadata sections

Consists of an open collection of photographs depicting Greek antiquities, portraits, and landscapes by Karl Eller. Included are views of the exterior of a monastery on Mount Athos and mosaic decoration; the Tholos in Delphi; the theater of Epidaurus; the acropolis of ancient Corinth; Nauplion and Burgi; the Parthenon and the Propylaea (Acropolis, Athens); and the Meteora valley. There are also several portraits of unidentified people.

Acquired with matching funds provided by the Program in Hellenic Studies with the support of the Stanley J. Seeger Hellenic Fund (AM 2013-57).
