Jere Wheelwright was an American author of historical novels. He graduated from Princeton University in 1927.
The collection consists of signed typescripts and galley proofs for four works of historical fiction by Wheelwright (Princeton Class of 1927): Gentlemen Hush! (1948) and The Gray Captain (1954) on the Civil War, and The Strong Room (1948) and The Wolfshead (1949) on the English Tudor period.
This collection is arranged alphabetically by title of novel.

For preservation reasons, original analog and digital media may not be read or played back in the reading room. Users may visually inspect physical media but may not remove it from its enclosure.
