Lemuel Cobb was an American state surveyor.
The collection consists of surveying documents, deeds, correspondence, and assorted other papers of Cobb relating, for the most part, to the Boudinot family, particularly the brothers Elias and Elisha and their nephew Tobias. Also included is a Vendue Book of the estate of Edward Cobb, circa 1814.
The papers are arranged chronologically.
