Alfred H. Bill (1879-1964) was an American author of historical non-fiction and fiction.
The collection consists of the first and final drafts of Fighting Bob, Bill's biography of Robert Field Stockton; a copy (Xerox of a typed manuscript) of another biography, The Sea King of the South, which is about Raphael Semmes, the Confederate naval commander; a photocopy of his essay "The Revolutionary War"; and related correspondence.
This collection was donated to the University by Mrs. Bill on April 20, 1965.
