Princeton University. Black Arts Company.

The Black Arts Company was established at Princeton in 1990 as a hip-hop company with a mission to build awareness of the African diaspora through dance, although it also included other types of performance. The dance company continues to perform and explore new styles of hip-hop, featuring two showcases in fall and spring of each year. In 1995, an extension of the Black Arts Company, Black Arts Company

This collection contains three VHS recordings of BAC performances from 1996-1999. They include dance, comedy, and drama performances, as well as a vocal guest performance by Princeton all-women acapella group Culturally Yours. It also contains the public website of the company.
