Overview and metadata sections
Bare Feet was a literary magazine open to submissions from students at Bryn Mawr and Haverford. The editorial board met in Lunt to discuss which submissions would go into the magazine. An ad in the November 12, 1976 issue of the BiCo News says "Come prepared for bloody battle over the nature of art, as we try to decide what goes in the magazine." The magazine accepted prose, poetry, photography, and artwork. The magazine awarded prizes for poetry, prose, graphics, and satire.
This collection contains two issues of the Bi-College literary magazine Bare Feet. Both issues include poetry, short stories, artwork, and photography. Both magazines are twelve pages long and printed on large newspaper-style paper. The back cover of each issue includes prize winners for poetry, prose, and graphics. The May 1978 issue includes a prize for satire as well.
