Irene McLain Wales (1886/87-1973) was born circa 1886-87, in Minnesota. She married Horatio W. Wales, and moved to Perry, Ohio. She died in Stark, Ohio on February 7, 1973.

This collection is comprised of two folders of Irene Wales's papers. It includes a single folder of her correspondence with Thomas E. Drake, curator of the Quaker Collection at Haverford College, and a folder of materials related to Wales's research on 18th century Quaker history.
