This collection is comprised of the correspondence, prints, and legal papers of three Quaker families, Cope, Collins, and Morris. It primarily includes letters by Mary Ann Cope Morris and letters to Eliza Cope Collins; including the letter of the latter's husband William Morris describing cholera epidemic in Philadelphia, as well as abolitionist activity, Philadelphia Quaker life, Yearly Meetings and a trip through an Oneida Indian village with details about life there. In addition, there are two family deeds, some other papers and some engravings of family members.
