Anna Warren Ingersoll was born on September 20, 1887, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and died September 13, 1980, in Philadelphia. She was the daughter of Charles Edward Ingersoll and Henrietta Auchmuty Sturgis. It seems that she never married. Her father, Charles Ingersoll, practiced law briefly, worked in the railroad industry, and was active in politics in Philadelphia.
The Anna Warren Ingersoll diary excerpt is a typescript excerpt from the diary of Anna Warren Ingersoll regarding the dedication of the 22nd Street College of Physicians building, dated 10-11 November 1909.
This collection was discovered during a survey in the summer and fall of 2015. It was processed in the spring of 2018.
