Russell Evan Morgan, physician, was born in 1909; he was a native of Minersville, Pa. Morgan received an M.D. from Temple University School of Medicine in 1935. He had an internship at Bryn Mawr Hospital, then opened a medical practice in Annville, Pa., in 1936. He removed his practice to Bethlehem, Pa., circa 1950.
Daybook, 1936 Sept. 16-1936 Dec. 31, of Russell E. Morgan's first months of medical practice in Annville, Lebanon Co., Pa., lists patients, brief descriptions of services rendered, and account settlements; monthly summaries of income and expenses included. Appointment book, 1940, lists patients and account settlements.
