Overview and metadata sections

Allen Curtis Wooden (1918-1987) was a physician and medical historian who specialized in internal medicine with a subspeciality in arthritis and related disorders. He was a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Wooden was a charter member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and a fellow of the College of Physicians, where he was chairman of the section on medical history.
