Henry D. Cornman (1918-2000) was a physician who specialized in treating patients with diabetes. Cornman graduated from Haverford College in 1941 and obtained a medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1944. From 1946-1948, he undertook a fellowship in diabetes at the University of Pennsylvania. Cornman practiced at Bryn Mawr Hospital, and he retired in 1992.
This is a collection of patient records of Henry D. Corman. Files include patient histories, laboratory results, discharge summaries, billing information, and correspondence between Corman and other physicians. The collection also includes a small number of files related to legal cases with which Corman was involved; and medical articles and reprints.
