Louis P. Reimann received his M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1833. He was Assistant Professor of Experimental Pathology at University of Pennsylvania. Reimann’s practice was located at 5th and Poplar in Philadelphia.
This is a letterpress volume of lecture notes taken by L. P. Reimann for courses taught by Alfred Stillé, James Tyson, and D.H. Agnew. The volume is divided into three major sections: lectures on surgery by Andrews, lectures on the theory and practice of medicine by Stillé, and lectures on pathology by Tyson. There are indexes of lectures in the first two of these sections.
