James A. Groff (1887-1952) was an antiques dealer in Chester Heights, Delaware County, Pennsylvania. The James A. Groff daybooks, 1929-1951, contain newspaper clippings of personal property and estate sale notices, with Groff's notes about items from sale and directions. Also included in the collection are some business cards of other antique dealers, and several pieces of correspondence.
